  ASSEMBLY PASTES

Technical characteristics :

Assembly paste is kind of grease with addition of solid particles (aluminium, copper, graphite, etc.) to allow use under extreme temperature and difficult chemical and environment conditions.
The use of assembly pastes is recommended for assembling mechanical parts, in order to avoid contact corrosion problems, as well as for bearings, roller bearings, and any other mechanical equipment lubrication under high temperature (1,200°C) operating at low speed.

Applications :

- Assembly, lubrication of gears, speed reducers and all mechanical equipment.

- Equipment subject to heavy loads.

- Lubrication gears, helical screws, and sliders.

- Assembly of nuts and bolts, shafts, transmission shafts and all delicate mechanical assemblies.

- Assembly of cylinder head gaskets and mechanical equipment operating at high temperatures or in chemically corrosive environments.

- Assembly of exhaust tubes, flanges and manifolds.

- Prevention of seizing.

- Assembly of all mechanical equipment subject to steam or humid environments.
