Centralised lubrication systems

Centralised lubrication systems guarantee you effective lubrication thanks to precise frequencies and amounts of lubricant. They help to optimise the lifespan of equipment, reduce machine downtime and control lubricant consumption.

Double line lubrication

Double line centralised lubrication systems are intended for installations or systems that have a high number of lubrication points and/or are remote. The double line system operating principle is the successive rise in pressure of each lubrication line in order to tip the feeder, sending the lubricant towards the lubricaton point. It enables different doses to be applied to points depending on the installation's requirements. These lubricating systems are generally found in heavy industries of the sugar plant, iron & steel, food processing and mine type.

Progressive lubrication

Progressive lubrication systems are intended for small or medium-sized installations that can have a varying number of lubrication points. The operating principle is the gradual distribution of lubricant towards the lubrication points while the distributor is supplied with lubricant. It enables different doses to be applied to points depending on the installation's requirements. The main advantage is economic, since it lubricates a large number of points under a reasonable budget. These lubricating systems are generally found in the packaging or food industries (special machinery)

Single line lubrication

Single line lubricating systems are intended for small lubricating installations, on machinery that can have a varying number of lubrication points. The operating principle is the distribution of lubricant towards the lubricating points following the complete filling of the feeders with lubricant. It enables different doses to be applied to points depending on the installation's requirements. The main advantage is economic, since it lubricates a large number of points under a reasonable budget. These centralised lubrication systems are generally found on so-called special machinery.
